Reflecting on Our Journey: Celebrating 20 Years of Medica Health International
Life has its moments where you pause, take stock, and reflect on your achievements – especially after the profound impact of lockdown, a period that drastically limited our connection with the wider world. In the 20-year rollercoaster journey of Medica Health International, we’ve had the privilege of engaging with countless inspirational individuals, all striving to bring positivity, improve health and wellbeing, and add joy to life!
Our journey has been enriched through exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and training sessions, wonderful avenues to connect and share ideas. These events inspired our Newsletters, first launched in 2010 by our late Managing Director, Laurence Heylen. These newsletters kept us informed and united with the world. Yet, with the rise of fragmented social media platforms, the connection we once enjoyed has shifted in unexpected ways.
Through these interactions, one memorable experience occurred at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Conference in Rothenburg, Germany, back in 2011. We met the vibrant Brigitte Koch from Massageliegen, Germany, who had an unfortunate accident when a bee stung her foot. The swelling was severe, making it painful for her to walk and impossible to demonstrate her equipment. Our team suggested a session with Theragem technology, and to everyone’s amazement, the pain vanished during the session, the swelling dissipated within hours, and by the next day, only minor redness remained. Brigitte’s exhibition was saved!
Mr. Benny Vervliet is one Such entrepreneur that saw a beautiful opportunity and acted upon it. Benny, the former Vice President of The Quantum Alliance, first saw Theragem in October 2009 at a congress in Budapest, Hungary and immediately understood, as so many do, its amazing potential to shift human consciousness by bringing 3 essential keys to unlocking balance and harmony to individual clients. With his passion for numerology and gemstones, Benny knew he would work with Theragem in the future, when the time was right. Begin March 2010, Benny emailed his order. Less than I week later Benny had, through his amazing energy, focus and charismatic personality sold enough Theragem units to repay over 50% of his original investment in his T1002 Professional. I would officially like to take this opportunity to welcome Benny to the Medica Health Ltd family and his role as independent ‘Technology Awareness’ promoter.
Another highlight took place at the Anti-Ageing Show in London, UK, in 2014. Theragem proved itself to be a game-changer, not just for addressing skin issues but also for post-surgery care, thanks to its ability to stimulate ATP production and relieve pain.
Over the years, we’ve supported various causes around the globe. In 2014, during our visit to the USA, we introduced Theragem to elderly residents in a Californian rest and care home. Presentations for medical doctors and wellness professionals soon after with several visits over the following years.
In 2016, alongside EarthBerry Clinic in Cape Town, South Africa, we raised funds and provided healing equipment for a young albino girl battling skin cancer. Tragically, despite renowned Dr. Thomas Lodi offering expert support, her cancer had spread too far. Although she only lived for another year, it was with grace and dignity in the comfort of her home.
In 2017, following a devastating hurricane in Puerto Rico, Dr. Inez and her clinic benefited from our assistance and equipment, a testament to the resilience and care that defines our mission.
Naturally, we made our way to Asia, where we received an overwhelmingly enthusiastic response from integrative medical health professionals. Stay tuned as we delve deeper into this special relationship in an upcoming blog!
Closer to home, our journey often circles back to The Sanctuary of Healing in Lancashire – UK, where many remarkable recovery stories have been featured in our newsletters. Whether it’s the joy of seeing people heal quickly or surprising breakthroughs, these moments fuel our passion.
Surprises continue to unfold, such as the success of Diana Wright, RN and Theragem therapist, who starred in her very own film—”24 Hour Back Pain Resolve.”
THERAGEM THERAPIST OF THE MONTH
Our Theragem Therapist of the Month is a naturopath from Arkansas USA who has shown a tremendous care going beyond what is considered normal. She has built a multimillion-dollar business improving quality of life for nurses gaining recognition for her work in a film documentary recently launched ‘The Unbelievable Plight of Mrs Wright’. The movie is selected with several official film festival awards, some really prestigious ones.
When the lockdown began, we adapted swiftly by organizing online training. This led to the creation of the Medica Health Academy’s online training platform, set to launch this spring. One of its key offerings will be a seminar on Lyme disease, featuring expert discussions and contributions from key players such as Dr. Lee W. Cowden, on how Theragem helps restore health and wellbeing. Considering that nearly 95% of the population carries the Borrelia Burgdorferi organism, this is a vital topic.
In February 2021, we participated in the Conscious Life Expo Virtual Exhibition – a new experience featuring virtual avatars in a 3D centre. Despite the eight-hour time difference and the challenge of late nights, it was a fun and rewarding way for our sales team to connect globally from the comfort of home.
Switching to blog posts has been a refreshing change for us. Each blog focuses on one topic, yet we find ways to weave together multiple interesting stories. Reflecting on our past newsletters, we are reminded of the connections we made and the joy of sharing our journey. Expect a new blog soon in your inbox!
