The Sound of Silence

FacebookLinkedInPinTweetEmailPrint

Next to light, sound is one of the most influential factors in our lives. Consider a new-born baby—its first cry reassures us that it’s alive. The absence of sound invites us to listen more deeply, quieting the inner turmoil of our thoughts and tuning in to the subtle sounds unique to each individual.

While we often enjoy the sounds around us, there are moments when silence is a blessing, especially in nature or at night, fostering deep, restful sleep. However, it’s noted that each year, the amount of time without human-made noise is shrinking. In response to this, Microsoft has created the world’s quietest room—an anechoic chamber in Washington state. The room is so silent that you can hear more than just your heartbeat—you can hear your blood flowing! The background noise level is an astounding -20.6 dB, far below the threshold of human hearing. Most people can only endure the room for about 30 minutes before the silence becomes disorienting and causes hallucinations.

Energy is contained in a bubble that stretches from the stars above to the life force within the Earth, from the moment sperm meets egg to the formation of cells and atoms. Walter Russell, influenced by Plato’s Timaeus, proposed that sound creates bubbles or spheres, rather than waves. Even light cannot escape the bubble when photographed at trillions of a second by special room sized cameras in Caltech University, Los Angeles.

Since sound is deeply personal and expressive of emotions—from “hearing a pin drop” to a secretive whisper or an emotional shout to the tuning of musical instruments—Theragem uses only white noise, similar to the sound of crickets, played on a loop for 100,000 repetitions. This helps the body’s cells stay alert and responsive during therapy. As the therapy progresses, one will notice that the sound quickly fades as relaxation sets in. Advanced practitioners may choose their preferred sound environment—whether silence, music, bowls, or other sounds—to enhance the therapy.

This brings us to the larger connection between sound and silence, as they profoundly influence our sensations. Many sensitive individuals, including clear seers, healers and therapists, are noticing an emptiness in the atmosphere—a lack of presence or energy. This quietness extends to our streets and shopping areas, as evidenced by numerous videos showing deserted places from Beverly Hills to Miami, to downtown Bolton, UK—formerly bustling spaces now silent.

In London, for example, the death rate is reported to be one per second, yet many feel the energy is becoming lighter and brighter. One of our Theragem users recently shared how profound this silence felt after the passing of a beloved family member. In the weeks prior, this sensitive therapist cared lovingly for her mother and observed how the room felt empty of heavy energy. Instead of the dense energies she used to sense before 2021, she experienced clarity, brightness, and love filling the space.

Some may argue that this silence represents the absence of negative emotions like guilt and anger. Instead, a feeling of lightness has emerged, despite the overwhelming negativity often presented in the news. Some believe it signals souls are no longer stuck in this realm, that they are now being drawn to where they truly belong, making our world feel lighter each day.

So far, 2024 has felt like a year of being stuck for many, much like a quiet pause to reflect and find direction, if experienced consciously at all. However, in the past few weeks, a new energy has emerged—perhaps best described as hope or faith. It’s subtle, like an undercurrent, with the word “Esperance” symbolizing a deeper fulfilment in the heart, bringing a renewed sense of optimism and a spring in one’s step.

As a Theragem therapist, you have contributed to the release of these negative emotions, helping dissolve trauma and replace it with a loving balance. You’ve helped clients reconnect with their true state—and that certainly deserves recognition as we enter a new era of Love and Light.

Thank you!
